CIME - Administration
CenterCIME - Gestion, the Center for Electron Microscopy at EPFL, is a hub of cutting-edge research in electron microscopy techniques. Their research activities focus on precision measurement of materials properties, holography, 2D materials imaging, 3D analysis, and computational electron microscopy. They are actively involved in various research projects and have published a comprehensive sample preparation guide for Transmission Electron Microscopy. The center offers courses in electron microscopy for Bachelor, Master, and PhD students, providing hands-on training and practical works. The experienced CIME team, led by Dr. Marco Cantoni, is dedicated to advancing research in electron microscopy and offers a wide range of training and services to researchers.
