Laboratory for Human-Oriented Mobility Eco-system
LaboratoryThe Lab for Human-Oriented Mobility Eco-System (HOMES) at EPFL focuses on developing user-centric solutions for emerging mobility challenges in urban areas. Their research is dedicated to modeling and optimizing urban transportation systems, with a special emphasis on emerging mobility services and technologies such as ridesharing and autonomous vehicles. HOMES also works on developing personalized mobility solutions while addressing issues of equity and privacy. They study shared and on-demand mobility services, transportation network modeling, data-driven traffic control, and more.
