LIMNC - Administration

The Limnology Center (LIMNC) at EPFL focuses on providing socially-relevant and multi-disciplinary research to ensure the sustainable use and conservation of natural water resources, with a particular emphasis on freshwater science. The center aims to address challenges related to energy production, pollution, global changes, water scarcity, and conservation of unique aquatic ecosystems. By fostering interdisciplinary projects, promoting collaboration between international and national research institutions, and developing new technologies in limnology, the center contributes to tackling future water-related challenges on both national and international levels.
