The Biomedical and Neuromorphic Microelectronic Systems (BNMS) group at EPFL operates within the Microelectronic Systems Laboratory, focusing on research in biomedical and implantable neurotechnology circuits, neuromorphic integration methods, and non-conventional computing architectures. Their work includes bio-electronic interfaces, bio-inspired microelectronic systems, and unconventional computing. The group is actively involved in teaching fundamental courses in VLSI, analog, and digital microelectronics.
