The Antanasijevic Lab at EPFL focuses on virology and structural immunology, utilizing cutting-edge structural and computational biology tools to study viral pathogens and their interactions with the immune system. Their research aims to define the rules for efficient antibody-mediated responses, leading to the development of novel vaccines and antibody therapeutics. The lab's primary research areas include establishing novel electron microscopy (EM)-based methods for analyzing immune responses, immunodominance and immuno-focusing, and developing antibodies and vaccine candidates against emerging viral pathogens.
