Seniz Esra Küçük
Seniz Esra Kucuk got her B.S. and M.Sc. degrees from METU, Ankara, Turkey in 2009 and 2011, respectively. During her M.Sc. studies, she worked on design, fabrication, and characterization of thermal infrared sensors.
Currently, she is a PhD. student at Integrated Systems Laboratory (LSM) at EPFL, where she is working on post-CMOS processing for 3D integration with TSV interconnects. Her research interests include thermal infrared and silicon-based integrated sensors, novel microfabrication techniques, and post-CMOS processing for 3D integration.
