Gaswagen
Le Gaswagen (« camion à gaz ») était un véhicule équipé d'un compartiment hermétique dans lequel étaient rejetés, soit du monoxyde de carbone pur conditionné en bouteilles, soit les gaz d'échappement du véhicule. Le Troisième Reich s'en est servi comme méthode génocidaire pour gazer des personnes handicapées ou de religion juive au cours de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Les camions étaient maquillés aux couleurs de la compagnie de café Kaiser (Kaiser's Kaffee-Geschäft Gmb).
Angloromani language
Angloromani or Anglo-Romani (literally "English Romani"; also known as Angloromany, Rummaness, or Pogadi Chib) is a mixed language of Indo-European origin involving the presence of Romani vocabulary and syntax in the English used by descendants of Romanichal Travellers in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, and South Africa. After their arrival to Great Britain in the 16th century, Romani used the Romani language until the late 19th century (and perhaps a generation longer in Wales).
Gitans
Les Gitans ou Kalés (Gitanos en espagnol, Gypsies en anglais) sont un groupe ethnique tzigane. Longtemps restée floue, l'origine des Tziganes est peu à peu révélée par les chercheurs comme étant le nord-ouest de l'Inde. Au , ils quittent leur région d'origine pour se retrouver en Grèce (Péloponnèse). Les voyageurs italiens ont ensuite donné comme nom à cet endroit « La Petite Égypte » et leurs habitants Egyptianos, qui donnera Gitanos en espagnol, puis « Gitans » en français, puis Ciganos en portugais.
Begging
Begging (also panhandling) is the practice of imploring others to grant a favor, often a gift of money, with zero expectation of reciprocation. A person doing such is called a beggar or panhandler. Beggars may operate in public places such as transport routes, urban parks, and markets. Besides money, they may also ask for food, drink, cigarettes or other small items. Internet begging is the modern practice of asking people to give money to others via the Internet, rather than in person.
