Year 8Year 8 is an educational year group in schools in many countries including England, Wales, Australia and New Zealand. It is the eighth or ninth year of compulsory education. It is known as Seventh grade in the United States and Canada, and First Year in Scotland. Kids in this year is between 12 to 13 however some kids who are in Year 8 can be considered as grade 6 in America or Canada but if the kid who was born after September 2nd and grade 6, they will be replaced as Year 7.
