Chemical thermodynamics
Chemical thermodynamics is the study of the interrelation of heat and work with chemical reactions or with physical changes of state within the confines of the laws of thermodynamics. Chemical thermodynamics involves not only laboratory measurements of various thermodynamic properties, but also the application of mathematical methods to the study of chemical questions and the spontaneity of processes. The structure of chemical thermodynamics is based on the first two laws of thermodynamics.
Génie physique
Le génie physique désigne l'application de la physique à l'industrie. Il a pour but l'adaptation de découvertes de la physique à des applications concrètes pour l'industrie, considérant les facteurs économiques. Les ingénieurs physiciens apportent des solutions pratiques à des problèmes divers, souvent complexes et inusités, requérant une connaissance approfondie de la physique. Bien que l'ingénieur physicien soit parfaitement adapté pour le travail en industrie, il peut très bien travailler dans le domaine de la recherche fondamentale ou de la physique théorique.
Engineering education
Engineering education is the activity of teaching knowledge and principles to the professional practice of engineering. It includes an initial education (bachelor's and/or master's degree), and any advanced education and specializations that follow. Engineering education is typically accompanied by additional postgraduate examinations and supervised training as the requirements for a professional engineering license. The length of education, and training to qualify as a basic professional engineer, is typically 5 years, with 15–20 years for an engineer who takes responsibility for major projects.
Biological systems engineering
Biological systems engineering or Biosystems engineering is a broad-based engineering discipline with particular emphasis on non-medical biology. It can be thought of as a subset of the broader notion of biological engineering or bio-technology though not in the respects that pertain to biomedical engineering as biosystems engineering tends to focus less on medical applications than on agriculture, ecosystems, and food science. The discipline focuses broadly on environmentally sound and sustainable engineering solutions to meet societies' ecologically related needs.
Physique appliquée
La physique appliquée est la branche de la physique qui s'intéresse à l'étude de ses applications industrielles, notamment du point de vue de l'équipement dans les secteurs primaires et secondaires (moteur, machine d'usinage, transformateur, poste de soudage...). Traduction du terme anglais Applied Physics, on y retrouve par exemple : En France La physique appliquée a été enseignée en lycée technique jusqu'en 2011. Elle permettait de décrire les phénomènes physiques mis en œuvre par les équipements utilisés en enseignement technique.

Broadcast engineering
Broadcast engineering is the field of electrical engineering, and now to some extent computer engineering and information technology, which deals with radio and television broadcasting. Audio engineering and RF engineering are also essential parts of broadcast engineering, being their own subsets of electrical engineering. Broadcast engineering involves both the studio and transmitter aspects (the entire airchain), as well as remote broadcasts. Every station has a broadcast engineer, though one may now serve an entire station group in a city.
Master of Engineering
A Master of Engineering (abbreviated MEng, ME, M.E. or M.Eng.) is a professional master's degree in the field of engineering. In Australia, the Master of Engineering degree is a research degree requiring completion of a thesis. Like the Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.), it is considered a lesser degree than Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). It is not to be confused with Master of Engineering Science, Master of Engineering Studies or Master of Professional Engineering which are coursework master's degrees.
