L'architecte textile is a 2017 French documentary feature film directed by Mika'ela Fisher about sartorial art. An in-depth documentary on the architecture of bespoke tailoring. Over the course of hundreds of hours the mistress tailor filmed herself while making a three-piece suit. This film is an open window into this sartorial craft. Art Sartorial is maybe a forgotten or unknown term, but corresponds to the art of the Master Tailor. And this film wants to show in detail the knowledge and practice thus of the technique of this art. An avant-garde documentary that was fallen right in the middle of the Fashion Week, while the press attaches are boosting their crazy fashion designer on social networks and while the fashion bloggers and the hippest people in the world Planet rush at the foot of the catwalk. L'architecte textile a perfect counterpoint, the precise work of a watchmaker in the space of the textile architect, who with his skillful hands structures and builds the garment that will sublimate the body by drawing clean lines, and, for the beauty of the gesture, sneak by the tip of the needle the pleats flying away at the slightest movement ... A masterpiece of precision micro mechanics ... the Art of the Grand Couture. The original idea was to realize a school film for fashion students so that traditional couture survives and we do not forget the technique of sartorial art, which is disappearing. The first provisional version of the film is 10 hours long. Finally, a 100-minute cinema film has been created to give "non-professionals" the opportunity to experience this exclusive and increasingly rare profession.

Réhabilitation du théâtre du Mont Lykavittos et construction d’un centre Xenakis

Notre énoncé théorique nous avait conduits au Mont Lykavittos à Athènes, notre projet de master se concentre sur la réhabilitation du site de son théâtre. Construit en 1964 par Takis Zenetos, architecte moderniste grec, celui-ci est inséré dans une ancienne carrière de calcaire dont les pierres ont, durant l’Antiquité, servi à bâtir la cité. Un grand parking surplombant la ville complète ce site remarquable, lieu de rendez-vous de toutes les générations athéniennes. Notre projet comprend trois axes principaux d’intervention. D’abord, la restauration du théâtre proprement dit en vue de sa réouverture. Ensuite, en lien direct avec notre énoncé théorique et ses développements approfondis, la reconstruction temporaire et cyclique du Pavillon Philips d’Expo 58 à Bruxelles à l’aide de techniques modernes. Enfin, sous le parking existant, la construction d’un Centre Xenakis pour rendre hommage à ce compositeur et architecte. L’aspect primordial du projet est la relation privilégiée que l’architecture entretient avec la musique et l’espace-temps. Base de réflexion de l’énoncé théorique, cette thématique nous permet d’abstraire ces aspects afin de proposer une réinterprétation des éléments architecturaux identifiés par Xenakis. Entre partition architecturale et vibrations, la déambulation du visiteur est rythmée par une pièce musicale qui orne les espaces du centre comme les célèbres pans de verre ondulatoires parent ceux du couvent de la Tourette.
