Gorduno

Gorduno is a former municipality in the district of Bellinzona in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. On 2 April 2017 the former municipalities of Camorino, Claro, Giubiasco, Gnosca, Gudo, Moleno, Monte Carasso, Pianezzo, Preonzo, Sant'Antonio and Sementina merged into the municipality of Bellinzona. The area around Gorduno was prehistorically settled, though very little is known about the earlier settlements. The modern municipality of Gorduno is first mentioned in 1182 as medius locus de Gorduno.

Gudo

Gudo is a former municipality in the district of Bellinzona in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. On 2 April 2017 the former municipalities of Camorino, Claro, Giubiasco, Gnosca, Gorduno, Moleno, Monte Carasso, Pianezzo, Preonzo, Sant'Antonio and Sementina merged into the new municipality of Bellinzona. In 1909–10, work on the banks of the Ticino river in the hamlet of Progero uncovered an extensive prehistoric burial ground. This site, known as A Progero is a Swiss heritage site of national significance.

Pianezzo

Pianezzo is a former municipality in the district of Bellinzona in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. On 2 April 2017 the former municipalities of Camorino, Claro, Giubiasco, Gnosca, Gorduno, Gudo, Moleno, Monte Carasso, Preonzo, Sant'Antonio and Sementina merged into the municipality of Bellinzona. In 1905, a major burial ground from the Iron Age came to light, which seems to be from the Golasecca culture. Objects found in the graves indicate that the settlement was also in contact with residents of the Alpine region.

Bellinzone

Bellinzone (Bellinzona ; Blizuna ; Bilitio ou à l'accusatif Bilitionem) est une ville et une commune suisse du canton du Tessin, dont elle est la capitale, ainsi que le chef-lieu du district du même nom. vignette|gauche|Photo aérienne par Walter Mittelholzer (1919). La ville est située dans le centre du canton, sur la rivière Tessin. Locarno

thumb|Drapeau Locarno est une commune suisse du canton du Tessin, située sur la pointe septentrionale du lac Majeur. Avec plus de ( pour l'agglomération Locarno-Ascona), c'est la troisième ville du canton par le nombre d'habitants après Lugano et Bellinzone. La ville est une destination touristique renommée, grâce à la présence du lac et au microclimat qui permet à la végétation méditerranéenne de prospérer. La ville est également connue pour son festival international du film, fondé en 1946 ; il s'agit du plus vieux au monde après celui de Venise.
