The Texas A&M Aggies football program represents Texas A&M University in the sport of American football. The Aggies compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). Texas A&M football claims three national titles and 18 conference titles. The team plays all home games at Kyle Field, a 102,733-person capacity outdoor stadium on the university campus. Jimbo Fisher is the team's head coach. History List of Texas A&M Aggies football seasons Early history (1894–1933) Texas A&M first fielded a football team in 1894, under the direction of head coach F. Dudley Perkins. The team compiled a 1–1 record. W. A. Murray served as A&M's head coach from 1899 to 1901, compiling a record of 7–8–1. From 1902 to 1904, J. E. Platt served as A&M's head coach, his teams compiling a record of 18–5–3. From 1909 to 1914
