EmbodimentL'embodiment (ou cognition incarnée) est un concept issu de la psychologie cognitive. Il fait référence aux pensées (cognition), aux sentiments (émotion) et aux comportements (corps) basés sur nos expériences sensorielles et sur nos positions corporelles. Dans la pratique, il est utilisé pour penser des aspects généralement associés à notre vie quotidienne, tels que notre façon de bouger, de parler et de se développer.

A large amount of research in this area has been focused on the neural basis of human intelligence. Historic approaches to studying the neuroscience of intelligence consisted of correlating external head parameters, for example head circumference, to intelligence. Post-mortem measures of brain weight and brain volume have also been used.
Western paintingThe history of Western painting represents a continuous, though disrupted, tradition from antiquity until the present time. Until the mid-19th century it was primarily concerned with representational and Classical modes of production, after which time more modern, abstract and conceptual forms gained favor. Initially serving imperial, private, civic, and religious patronage, Western painting later found audiences in the aristocracy and the middle class. From the Middle Ages through the Renaissance painters worked for the church and a wealthy aristocracy.
Validité (logique)En logique, la validité est la manière dont les prémisses et la conclusion concordent logiquement dans les arguments réussis. La forme d'une argumentation déductive est dite valide si et seulement si elle utilise des règles d’inférence par lesquelles il est impossible d’obtenir une conclusion fausse à partir de prémisses vraies. Un argument est valide si et seulement si la vérité de ses prémisses entraîne celle de sa conclusion. Il serait contradictoire d'affirmer les prémisses et de nier la conclusion.
