Résumé

We report the first measurement of time-dependent CP asymmetry in B0→KS0ρ0γ decays based on 657×106 BB̄ pairs collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy collider. We measure the CP-violating parameter SKS0ρ0γ=0.11±0.33(stat)-0.09+0.05(syst) from a signal of 212±17 events. We also obtain the effective direct CP-violating parameter Aeff=0.05±0.18(stat)±0.06(syst) for mKS0π+π-

LHCb (Large Hadron Collider beauty experiment : Expérience du LHC sur le quark beauté) est une expérience de physique des particules utilisant les collisions de protons produites au collisionneur LHC du CERN (Genève). Ce détecteur est spécialisé dans la physique des saveurs et la recherche de nouvelle physique par des méthodes indirectes comme la mesure de violation de la symétrie CP ou de taux d'embranchement de décroissances rares. Le détecteur LHCb se trouve sur la commune de Ferney-Voltaire en France au point 8 du LHC, à quelques mètres de la frontière suisse.

BELLE (expérience)

L’expérience Belle est une expérience de physique des particules menée par la "Collaboration" BELLE, une équipe temporaire internationale de 400 physiciens et ingénieurs, pour la recherche des effets de la violation de symétrie CP, et conduite à l’Organisation de Recherche de l’Accélérateur des hautes Énergies (K2K), à Tsukuba, Préfecture d'Ibaraki, au Japon. Le détecteur Belle est précisément positionné au point de collision de l'accélérateur , un collisionneur à énergie asymétrique électron-antiélectron.
