Aesthetics – as a dimension of society and a component of spatial theory

The title of this paper suggests three things. First, that society’s issues are multidimensional i.e. society being a multidimensional system in a way that each dimension undergo the totality of society’s. These dimensions hold together social systems of various kinds and it is mistaken for a researcher to privilege any particular dimension (biological over cultural, or economic over political). Second, aesthetic, as the realm of cognitive and subjective, is one of society’s dimensions. This allows us, for example, to search for aesthetic component of (spatial) action or historical component of aesthetic judgment. And third, in order to grasp multidimensional complexity of society, a part from various data, we also need different theories i.e. logically organized set of statements concerning some kind of problem.
