This lecture covers essential considerations for implementing an evaluation process, including creating the first component of an optimized evaluation process, understanding key considerations related to evaluation implementation, and identifying an optimal approach for evaluation processes. Discussions also include the number of assessments per course, reasons for not testing more, incentives for students, pass/fail rates, reasons for exam failures, and constraints on assessment methods. The session involves group work on evaluations in the digital environment, focusing on concerns that should disappear and persist, and disagreements on these concerns. Participants will also explore the deployment of digital teaching projects and discuss concerns related to testing. The lecture aims to help experts in digital education optimize their evaluation processes.
