LaboratoryThe Integrated Systems Laboratory (LSI) at EPFL focuses on design technologies for circuits and systems, exploring the interplay of hardware and software design for traditional and non-traditional systems. Research areas include design technologies for nanosystems, system-level optimization, and the use of new circuit technologies like superconducting circuits and nanotechnologies. Recent achievements include winning prestigious awards for papers on logic synthesis for practical garbled circuits and synthesis of SFQ circuits with compound gates. The laboratory also offers a range of courses on topics such as design technologies for integrated systems, analog circuits for biochips, and advanced logic synthesis and quantum computing.
