Nuclear and Particle Physics: Selected Topics

This lecture covers the creation of nuclei, the compression and excitation processes, the phase transition at different temperatures, the ideal gas of quarks and gluons, the properties of hadron gas and quark-gluon plasma, the latent heat of deconfinement, the phase transition from hadron gas to QGP, and the identification of QGP through experimental signatures.
