This lecture covers the characterization of nanoparticles, including size, shape, charge, cell uptake, and biodistribution of organic and inorganic nanoparticles. Various techniques such as Dynamic Light Scattering, Microscopy, and In Vivo imaging are discussed. The lecture also explores measuring cell-material interactions, targeting efficiency, drug release mechanisms, and immune responses to nanoparticles.
