Grand EstGrand Est (ɡʁɑ̃t‿ɛst; Grossa Oschta; Moselle Franconian/Grouss Osten; Rhine Franconian: Groß Oschte; Großer Osten ˈɡʁoːsɐ ˈʔɔstn̩; "Great East") is an administrative region in northeastern France. It superseded three former administrative regions, Alsace, Champagne-Ardenne and Lorraine, on 1 January 2016 under the provisional name of Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine (alzas ʃɑ̃paɲ aʁdɛn lɔʁɛn; ACAL or, less commonly, ALCA), as a result of territorial reform which had been passed by the French Parliament in 2014.
Bertrand WestphalBertrand Westphal (born May 10, 1962, in Strasbourg, France), is a French scholar and essayist. Westphal, a professor of comparative literature and literary theory, has been teaching at the University of Limoges since 1998. He has been directing the "Human Spaces and Cultural Interactions" research team (EA 1087) since 2000. He was a visiting professor at Texas Tech University (2005) and at the University of North Carolina Charlotte (2013-2015).
Paul DanblonPaul Danblon (25 July 1931 – 8 February 2018) was a Belgian composer, opera director and administrator, and journalist. He was one of the pioneers of scientific journalism on RTBF (Radio télévision belge de la communauté française). In 1954, after graduating in chemistry from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Danblon joined the RTBF current events programme, Carnets de l'Actualité. He went on to specialize in producing and presenting popular science programmes such as La Bouteille à encre, Connaître, and Le point de la médecine.
TELECOM Lille 1TELECOM Lille (formerly ENIC) was a French public Grande école (engineering school). TELECOM Lille was located on the science campus of the University of Lille in Villeneuve d'Ascq near Lille. TELECOM Lille was part of Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT). In 2017, TELECOM Lille merges with the École des Mines Douai and becomes École des Mines-Télécom de Lille-Douai (IMT Lille Douai). Founded in 1990, ENIC (École Nouvelle d'Ingénieurs en Communication, Novel School In Communication) was created to answer the growing need for engineers having both technical and management skills.
Gare de l'EstThe Gare de l'Est (ɡaʁ də lɛst; English: "Station of the East" or "East station"), officially Paris-Est, is one of the six large mainline railway station termini in Paris, France. It is located in the 10th arrondissement, not far southeast from the Gare du Nord, facing the Boulevard de Strasbourg, part of the north–south axis of Paris created by Georges-Eugène Haussmann. Opened in 1849, it is currently the fifth-busiest of the six main railway stations in Paris before the Gare d'Austerlitz.
Louis Brion de la TourLouis Brion de la Tour, (circa 1743 – 1803) was an 18th-century French geographer and demographer. His family may have come from Bordeaux, having found asylum in Alsace when the Edict of Nantes was revoked by the Edict of Fontainebleau in 1685. Generally, authors were careful to differentiate him from the engraver Antoine Brion from Reims, born in 1739. He was perhaps his son. His official title was « Ingénieur Géographe du Roi » ("King's Engineer Geographer"). Although he was a prolific geographer, very little is known of his life or his career.

He is the author of books about the influence of emotions on relationships, professional development and well-being, including Les clés de nos émotions (The Keys to Our Emotions) and Relations amoureuses (Love Relations). Robert Zuili was born in Montpellier on March 31, 1964, where he grew up until he was 3 years old.
VonjiniainaVonjiniaina (born Vonjiniaina Annie Ratovonirina; June 26, 1975), is a contemporary Malagasy artist, gold medalist in sculpture at the fifth Jeux de la Francophonie in 2005. Born to diplomatic parents, Vonjiniaina moved to Germany at the age of 13. She then went to Illkirch-Graffenstaden to pursue studies in marketing at the Robert-Schuman University Institute of Technology. Vonjiniaina began her artistic career with the exhibition De l'Ame à la Matière (From Soul to Matter) and mainly received attention following her series of sculptures, Paroles de boue (Words of Mud).
Goddy LeyeGoddy Leye (24 November 1965 in Mbouda, Cameroon – 19 February 2011 in Bonendale, Cameroon) was a Cameroonian artist and intellectual. His work is focused on videos, installations, conceptual art and theoretical contributions. He is the founder of the art centre ArtBakery in Bonendale, Cameroon and he was the curator and promoter of site-specific art and international projects. His role was central in the cultural and art scene in Cameroon and at the international level.

Transdev was formed on 3 April 2011 via the merger of Veolia Transport and Transdev S.A., being initially equally owned by Veolia Environnement and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), the former soon announced plans to divest its holding in the business.
