The acronym stands for Quality based Project Organizer, as the software offers quality management features like indicators, alerts and workflow. Until 2013 it was called Project'Or RIA (Project Organizer Rich Internet Application). It is used as a free alternative to proprietary software in French administration, managing 450 projects for 75 projects managers.

He is mainly known for his works in metaphysics and for his theory of language. Géraud de Cordemoy was born in a family of ancient nobility coming from Auvergne (from the town of Royat). He was the third of four children. His father was a master in arts at the University of Paris named Géraud de Cordemoy who died when he was nine years old. His mother was named Nicole de Cordemoy.

She was named as one of Vanity Fair's Most Influential French People in the world in 2018. Kébé was born in Montreuil, Seine-Saint-Denis and grew up in Noisy-le-Sec. She has been interested in space since she was a child. At the age of eight she discovered her father's encyclopaedia in astronomy. Her favourite planet is Saturn. She studied fluid mechanics for her Master's studies at the Pierre and Marie Curie University.

Lipovetsky was born in Millau in 1944. He studied philosophy at University of Grenoble, and participated in the 1968 student uprising in Paris to change the French educational model. However he criticizes the model that came from that as producing alienated individuals with fragile personalities prone to emotional disorder due to hedonism and immediate gratification.
