The Fellay Group

The Fellay Group at EPFL, led by Associate Professor Jacques Fellay, focuses on human genomics of infection and immunity. Using large-scale genomics and bioinformatics, the group explores the impact of genetic variation on immune parameters and host-pathogen interactions. Their research aims to identify genetic markers of susceptibility to infectious diseases, with a particular focus on HIV.
