The Laboratory of Nanoelectronic Devices (NANOLAB) at EPFL focuses on advanced nanoelectronics, emphasizing technology, design, and modeling of nanoscale solid-state devices. Research areas include energy-efficient devices for sustainable electronics, Edge AI, IoT smart sensors, reconfigurable RF and neuromorphic computation, and novel architectures for scalable Quantum Computing.
