Srinagar

Srinagar (en سرینگر,) ou Sirinagar (en cachemiri سِریٖنَگَر/ سِری‌نَگَر,), du sanskrit shrî signifiant « sainte » ou « richesse abondante » et nagar signifiant « ville », est une ville du nord-ouest de l'Inde, capitale d'été du territoire de l'Union du Jammu-et-Cachemire, la capitale d'hiver étant Jammu. Srinagar est située dans la vallée du Cachemire, à d'altitude, sur le lac Dhal formé par la rivière Jhelum et ses affluents. Srinagar bénéficie d'un climat bien plus frais que la majeure partie de l'Inde en raison de sa situation géographique.

District de Srinagar

The Srinagar District is an administrative district of Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir in the disputed Kashmir region. It is one of the 20 districts of Jammu and Kashmir. Situated in the centre of the Kashmir Valley, it is the second-most populous district of the union territory after Jammu District as per the 2011 national census, and is home to the summer capital city of Srinagar (with the city of Jammu serving as the territory's winter capital). Likewise, the city of Srinagar also serves as the Srinagar District's headquarters.

Pahalgam

Pahalgam (pɛhɛlɡaːm), known as Pahalgom (pəhəljɡoːm; village of shepherds in Kashmiri) is a town and a notified area committee, near Anantnag city in the Anantnag district of the Indian-administered union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is a popular tourist destination and hill station. Its lush green meadows and pristine waters attract thousands of tourists from all over the world each year. It is located from Anantnag on the banks of Lidder River at an altitude of .

Gulmarg

Gulmarg (gʊlmərɡ), known as Gulmarag (ɡulmarɨɡ; meadow of flowers) in Kashmiri, is a town, hill station, popular tourist destination, popular skiing destination and a notified area committee in the Baramulla district in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is located at a distance of from Baramulla and from Srinagar. The town is situated in the Pir Panjal Range in the Western Himalayas and lies within the boundaries of Gulmarg Wildlife Sanctuary.

Manasbal Lake

Manasbal Lake is a freshwater lake located in Safapora area of Ganderbal District in Jammu and Kashmir, India. The name Manasbal is said to be a derivative of Manasarovar. The lake is encircled by four villages viz., Jarokbal, Kondabal, Nesbal (situated on the north-eastern side of the lake) and Gratbal. The large growth of lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) at the periphery of the lake (blooms during July and August) adds to the beauty of the clear waters of the lake.

Leh (Inde)

Leh (་ ; hindî : लेह, translit. iso : lēha) est une ville du territoire de Ladakh en Inde, dans le district du même nom. La ville vit aujourd’hui essentiellement des activités touristiques et militaires. Leh est devenue le point central des excursions touristiques dans le Ladakh.
