This lecture presents data consisting of bacteria images acquired in phase contrast and fluorescence under three different conditions (A, B, and C), with five replicates per condition. The fluorescent channel shows a GFP-tagged protein expressed in the bacteria's protoplasm. The experimenter aims to obtain per-bacteria measurements and investigate the expression level change of the fluorescent protein across the conditions.
