Laboratory of Molecular Physical Chemistry

The Laboratory of Molecular Physical Chemistry (LCPM) at EPFL, under the direction of Prof. Tom Rizzo, focuses on developing new bioanalytical tools using laser spectroscopy, ion mobility, and mass spectrometry. Research groups within LCPM work on techniques for glycan analysis, cryogenic mass spectrometry, and studying chemical reactions at ultra-low temperatures.
