Flow Cytometry Core Facility

The EPFL Cytometry in Flow Technology Platform (PTCF) operates as the Flow Cytometry Core Facility (FCCF), providing cutting-edge instrumentation, technical expertise, training, and cell sorting services. The staff offers guidance on experimental design, sample preparation, data analysis, and troubleshooting, fostering a collaborative environment for researchers, students, and commercial entities. With extensive knowledge and experience in flow cytometry, the FCCF team ensures users achieve their scientific objectives. The facility comprises multiple areas, including a main lab space with analyzers and a magnetic separator, a cell sorting room, and a meeting/data analysis room. Training courses cover the basics of flow cytometry, multicolor applications, and cell sorting, enhancing users' skills and knowledge.
